PCR2-OD Datasheet
PCR2 are bidirectional people counters that use a new type of 24 GHz radar transceiver to detect motion from both directions simultaneously.
The PCR2-OD is designed for outdoor usage in harsh environments and is IP65 protected. When mounted on a walkway the integrated radar transceiver can count pedestrians walking parallel to the the devices surface.
Readings are transmitted at regular intervals over a public or private LoRaWAN™ network. All parametric sensors are equipped with a USB configuration port for firmware setup and update.

Side Mounting
When mounted at a wall or at a pole, PCR2-OD can detect people passing by in both directions on walkways 0.5m up to 5m wide.
IMPORTANT: Persons walking side-by-side will be counted as one person.
Tilted
The device can be mounted at a pole at around 3m facing towards the walkway. Our pole mount MT80-10 (accessory) can be used for that.
IMPORTANT: Persons passing by walking side by side ca not be separated and will be counted as one person.
